This short film is currently a Vimeo Staff Pick, and with good reason. Erik Wernquist​ led a production team to an endresult which is to be admired: Wanderers. At least, I admire the result.
Narrated by the voice and text of none other than Carl Sagan. It's a wonderfully crafted dream for human space exploration.
The emotions this piece evokes are those of wonder and a longing for discovery.
I can only hope that one day humanity will overcome its petty disagreements and will once again put their eyes on the stars. The Earth is the cradle of mankind. Let it not be its grave. Time to leave the nest.
